Greensboro’s sit-down Mexican restaurants sit mostly on the west side: West Market Street, West Gate City Boulevard, Battleground Avenue and New Garden Road, with Crafted: The Art of the Taco downtown on South Elm Street. Burrito and taco chains are listed by address below the table.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records with a Greensboro address, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 11, 2026, and against the U.S. Census Bureau’s city limits. We added Rio Grande’s New Garden Road restaurant from its own site and chain stores from each chain’s own Greensboro store list. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
